Why choose me?

You’ll hear further down about my personal technology expertise. What makes me better than others offering similar services can be summed up in two words: quality and reliability. My top priority is your comfort and satisfaction. I’ll lend a sympathetic ear and provide a safe and confidential environment for you to get your questions answered. I will never let you down and you will get exactly what you want, to a standard that exceeds your expectations.

But don’t take my word for it: read this testimonial from a happy customer.

What qualifies me?

I have worked with technology and gadgets of one type or another both professionally and in my personal life for 25 years. I was the first boy at my school to own the original Sinclair pocket calculator, I was using Macs fifteen years ago when everyone was saying Apple was doomed. I’ve worked in technical support, network installation, technical training, and software marketing. When not working I am never far from a gadget and I’ve mastered them all. Right now from my desk I can see three laptops, plus the computer on which I’m writing this. My office is full of iPhones, iPads, Android phones and tablets, and six digital cameras. My TV is connected to the Internet and we can share music, movies and photos to multiple devices. My knowledge comes from a combination of training courses, professional experience, and self-learning.

Who am I?

I’m a technology professional with over 20 years’ experience in networking, consumer electronics and digital photography. I live with my wife in North London and we have two grown-up children at university. My main interest is personal technology but I also love photography, motorcycling, cinema, reading, and eating out.
